On 5-8 November 2024, I had Hauck Brothers, Inc install a new heating oil tank system and completely redo the current system which included removing the old system (and all pipes, etc.) and all 4 thermastats in the the 4 separate heat zones in the house. I highly recommend the following personnel from Hauck Brothers in Springfield, OH: Joe Kitchen (Sales Manager), and the installation team: Kole Doggett, Arthur Askew, and David Chamberline. They were extremely knowledgeable, timely, answered all questions, and worked diligently on the installation of the new system. I highly recommend them for a job well done.

I would give 10 stars if it was an option! Definitely one of the best experiences of having someone work in my home and around my large family for the entire day. Kole and Karsen were polite and respectful of my wife and kids all while efficiently switching out a 30 year old system. They even cleaned up so well after themselves my wife didn't feel the need to vacuum! This should be your go to HVAC company for sure. 😁👍

Kole and Karsen just finished installing ductless heating and air conditioning in our home. They are the absolute best. They were so courteous and respectful. I couldn't be more pleased. The air quality is superb. We had our thermostat set at 69. After installation, we raised it to 73 and it is colder now than it was. If you are going to have a ductless system installed, call Hauck Bros.

We have a newer AC unit that has had multiple issues. It was installed by another company and I was unhappy with the service they provided, so I started calling Hauck Bros when we needed service. When we tried using our AC this year it was not cooling our house. I made an appointment with Hauck Bros and Nathan came out for the service visit. He diagnosed the problem, told me he would get the needed part ordered, and the part would be covered under the AC units manufacturers warranty. Within two days Hauck Bros had the part in stock and called me to schedule the return visit. Nathan came back out today and had the new part installed and our AC working properly again in less than 30 minutes.

Yesterday I was scheduled for a maintenance service call for my central air unit. Jacob B 396 showed up right on time! He was polite, knowledgeable, and methodic as he conducted business. He explained what he was doing and educated me on the best furnace filters and cleaning techniques for the outside air unit. He found a part that was out of tolerance but did not push me to replace it and left the decision up to me completely. I did have him replace the part and he was more than happy to oblige. I have dealt with many service calls for various things over the years and it was very pleasant to have someone show up on time be so proficient without trying to upcharge me for anything. If this is the standard for Hauck Brothers Heating and Cooling then I will not hesitate to use them for all of my heating and cooling needs!

Returned home from 50th high school reunion yesterday to a warm house. I called Hauck 400pm ish and received after hours message. David returned my call within 10 minutes.He was in Dayton finishing another emergency call and would come to my house around 6pm. AC unit needs to be replaced. David had Riss Warren contact me to set up an appointment to quote a new unit. 4th of July today so will have a quote tomorrow with installation this week. Our furnace stopped working a week before the coldest weather Springfield had seen in 50 years. We called Hauck Brothers who sent a salesman to our door. He was courteous, thorough and professional. We purchased a new furnace and HVAC. An install crew arrived Monday morning and worked diligently to get us heat prior to the arrival of cold weather. We stayed warm as could be during temperatures near zero. They completed the install over the next two days. They were very professional and did exactly what was promised. They left our basement spotless. We could not be happier with their work and our decision to us Hauck Brothers.

We decided to replace our old air conditioner and heating oil furnace. They were very professional when they met with us to discuss our options. The sales representative was not so much a salesman as an educator. He did not push one particular system on us just educated us as to the benefits and drawbacks of each system and let us make the choice as to what fit our needs and budget best. When it came time for installation, they arrived early and worked late in the day. When unforeseen problems occurred they kept us updated as to what was going on and worked diligently to rectify the issues. It took just over two days worth of work to install a whole new system including heat pump and furnace. When they were finished, our house was as clean as it was when they came, and the installation looks good in addition to being very functional. Overall we are very happy with their services and we use them to service year to year on our new system. I would highly recommend them to anyone. On a sidenote, the technicians were very personable, and our dogs like them which says a lot.

I used Hauk Bros. to make my HVAC more efficient. They installed 4 new vents, ran piping, had to cut 3 new holes in my flooring. (which was not an easy task b/c they had to cut through 3 layers of flooring & a 1 1/2" layer of self leveling floor thin set) They also installed new sheet panning for my return ducts that were rusted out & cleaned everything up from the demolition. Awesome service! The three technicians that were here; Brian w/a helper, Rodney, & John were all amazing to have working in our home. All of them were very polite, considerate, & caring. Honestly, Hauk Bros. is hands down the best contractor I have personally worked with! I can't say enough except I'll always utilize their services in the future and highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!

Greg the service tech arrived not just on time but 15 minutes early! Very knowledgeable which was appreciated since we have a fuel oil furnace. I plan on using them again in the future. You should too.

I just posted this on the BBB website.KUDOS for Hauck Brothers - their technician Shayne came this morning, and did an OUTSTANDING job for my wife and I.As background, we had our Mitsubishi Mini-Splits installed by another company quite a few years back. Not only did that other company no longer have Mitsubishi Diamond certified technicians employed, they sent someone to fix the Mini-Splits who was unqualified to do so, and it was very obvious.In comparison, it didn't take my wife and I very long to tell that the Hauck Brothers Tech Shayne was certainly certified to do the job. If he wasn't a Diamond certified tech, he sure fooled us. From the moment he looked at the Mini-Split, we could tell he knew what he was doing.Hauck Brothers should do everything possible to hold onto such an asset.Well done Shayne, well done Hauck Brothers.Very satisfied customers,Bob & Nanako Hanafin

Great experience. Their sales rep Joe came and did an estimate to replace our furnace and water heater. Estimate was very competitive. Technicians were very friendly and professional. Got my final bill and was identical to the estimate. I wish every experience with a contractor was this simple! Thank you

Joe prefers to not keep his word! Tried since Jan 20 to connect to have him come and look at our unit. Said He would be here on Saturday morning never showed texted him to find out what was going on- he said had 3 more stops in front of me, he never showed. Texted him again and his response won’t be there at a baby shower! He then called and said he was sorry but he worked like 80 hours and he can’t control the weather. He stated that he usually only works MFand no evenings... ok how are you working 80 hours a week and not working evenings and weekends. I am very respectful of others and for this man to not even call or text and state he was not coming is just disrespectful of another. When I asked him if he had a yelp page or Facebook page he said no he’s a one man stand- I did research and found the brothers page. (My builder contacted him to contact me about coming out to look at my less than one year old unit).

We had an emergency tonight and left a message on their “EMERGENCY” line. Their message indicated they’d call back within an hour. That was 6 hours ago and still no call. It got to be 84 degrees in the house. and we had to spend the night at a relative’s home. PLEASE DON’T CLAIM TO BE AVAILABLE FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES UNLESS YOU PLAN TO BE AVAILABLE.

Very pleased with the service I received from Hauck Brothers! My husband and I were without heat and Hauck was able to send someone out the same day I called in. The technician was very informative and friendly and was able to get us heat after a couple hours. The staff there is great and responsive. I recommend Hauck Brothers to everyone I know. Awesome job working with Hauck Brothers. We replaced our heating & air conditioner and also a new hot water tank. All of this was done in a day and the technician answered all my question. Since then our heating bill has been reduced by 20% and our electric bill has gone down. Thanks Hauck Bros!

We have been with Hauck Bros since Mr. Bob Warren took charge and we have appreciated the exceptional and professional service received. We have been on his service plan both for air conditioning and furnace since he offered it - I recommend it to all as it takes the worry out of every winter and summer and in after- hours support with problems. We have used Hauck Heating for years and they have always been very reliable in meeting all of our heating and A/C needs.
